These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 77judi platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Please read this document carefully.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77judi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://77judi.casa ("the Website").
By accessing the Website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 77judi Platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a prohibited activity and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 77judi immediately via the live chat support channel. 77judi will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to notify us promptly.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 77judi requires successful completion of the KYC process. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian NRIC or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified translation. KYC approval is typically completed within two (2) business hours of document submission.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 77judi support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals for which KYC has been completed will be processed in accordance with normal procedures. Balances associated with incomplete KYC will be held for a maximum of 90 days pending document submission. After 90 days, unclaimed balances may be treated as dormant funds.
77judi accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Eligible Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other FPX-participating banks), USDT TRC20, and BTC. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time.

There is no stated maximum deposit limit for most methods; however, individual transaction caps may apply depending on your payment provider's own limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day following KYC approval. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15 to 60 minutes subject to network confirmation times.
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a Player deposits in cryptocurrency, the equivalent MYR value at the time of confirmed receipt will be credited to the Account. 77judi does not guarantee any particular cryptocurrency-to-MYR exchange rate.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 77judi are subject to this Agreement and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all deposit bonuses are subject to a 20x wagering requirement. For example, a player who receives a RM100 bonus must wager a cumulative total of RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
77judi reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting system errors, coordinating with other players, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
Players automatically participate in the 77judi loyalty programme upon registration. Points are accumulated based on wager amounts and contribute to tier progression (Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP). Tier benefits, cashback percentages, and point conversion rates are detailed on the loyalty programme page and are subject to revision by 77judi with reasonable notice.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in accordance with the specific game or sport rules or in the event of a manifest system error. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details prior to confirmation.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game glitch, or system error that results in an incorrect payout or an unplayable game, 77judi reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the original stake to the Player's Account. No claim may be made for winnings arising from a manifest error.
All sports bets on events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other covered markets are subject to the specific sport and market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. 77judi reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel markets without prior notice where circumstances require — including abandonment of events, data feed failures, or integrity concerns.
All casino games on the 77judi platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for statistical fairness and unpredictability. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are indicative of long-run theoretical returns and do not guarantee results over any finite number of sessions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77judi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:
All content on the 77judi Platform — including but not limited to the 77judi brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77judi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 77judi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77judi shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.
77judi's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
77judi makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party payment processing delays, and network conditions outside our control may affect Platform availability.

When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms and Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also provide notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77judi holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Players accept that disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and 77judi, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of concerns are resolved quickly and informally at this stage. Where a formal dispute remains unresolved, you may request a review by our compliance team by submitting a written complaint to our support address.
